"Make it look like Google without the color" was the brief we started with. Tough shoes to fill when the point of reference is arguably the leader in the tech industry. Our first step was to re-align expectations because well, we aren't Google. We refocused the project on the brand of Judson Realty. We asked Judson who they are, who their past and future clients are, and what do they want to achieve with their site. We asked them to explain this in one sentence.
The final direction had us focus on the high-end quality brands that Judson Realty has worked for and how long they have been in the real estate practice. Judson Realty is direct with their approach so there was no need for showmanship. We didn't want to put a crazy digital experience. Judson's various realty services offered is the main story. We aimed for a clean structure that maintained a simple grid so that it can also work for web and tablet. The site is developed in HTML 5 and was designed to work across all devices.
